Apple Raspberry Galette

This rustic, hand-shaped dessert is a free-form pie filled with fresh apples & raspberries, nestled in house-made frangipane (a sweet, almond-flavored custard) and wrapped bottom and sides in our scratch-made crust with delicious filling peeking out of the top.
